What You Need to Know - International Orders
Delivery is indicated in working days. Orders must be placed before 2 p.m. to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday and over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Please note that Nona Kadjah is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. These delays may occur occasionally, particularly during busy periods. However, delivery times shown are the best estimates available and are generally reliable and timely. Additionally, items purchased on pre-order may have varying shipping times.
Standard Parcel
All standard packages are sent by Colissimo. If the recipient authorizes the carrier to deliver without signature or to drop off the package in his or her absence, Nona Kadjah cannot be held responsible in the event of the package disappearing. Additionally, Nona Kadjah will not be able to refund or return the package. We appreciate your understanding.
