TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OUR GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE ESTABLISHED IN 10 ARTICLES:


ARTICLE 1: APPLICATION OF THE CGV

Any order placed on the nona-kadjah.com site is only accepted after unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale, Nona Kadjah reserves the right to modify or adapt these general conditions of sale, in the event of modifications it will apply to all orders according to the General Terms and Conditions in force on the day of the order.

ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY AND OUR OFFERS

Nona Kadjah offers ready-to-wear products for women for sale, the prices indicated are inclusive of VAT in €uros, our products all include an item sheet which gives a description, this description strives to be as precise as possible, if despite all our precautions should one or more errors occur; we cannot be held responsible for them. Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last, stock status is updated after each order, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a customer places an order for a product unavailable on Nona Kadjah, the site undertakes to notify them by email or telephone. In the event of a debit on an order for one or more unavailable products, the site undertakes to reimburse the customer within 7 working days following the order. If a stock shortage occurs on an order where several products appear, the site sends the rest of the order and undertakes to reimburse the missing product(s) within 7 days.

ARTICLE 3: ORDER

All orders placed on the site are subject to acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Acceptance of the order requires complete identification of your personal information (last name, first name, email address, postal address, postal code) and the creation of a customer account on our site. All orders are placed on the nona-kadjah.com website, orders are placed online, customers can contact us at our hotline for more information, during our opening hours Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by email at contact@nona-kadjah.com. Following your order you will receive an order confirmation email.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE

All prices displayed on Nona-Kadjah are in €uros and include taxes (i.e. all taxes included), you must keep your invoice in the event of an exchange or refund.


ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Nona-Kadjah strives to deliver the items ordered on the site www.nona-kadjah.com within the time limit, expressed in working days displayed in the order summary. The delivery time is taken into account upon receipt of payment. Article L.114-1 of the Consumer Code provides for your possible request for the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided in the event of unjustified exceeding of the delivery deadline and to obtain reimbursement of the sums already paid. Nona Kadjah undertakes to prepare and deliver to the carrier selected when ordering within 24 hours after the order, however once the package has been delivered to the carrier Nona Kadjah cannot be held responsible for possible delays in deliveries or errors attributed to carriers. Concerning products temporarily unavailable, an e-mail will specify their shipping and also their waiting period.

Chronopost - Express home delivery before 1 p.m.: €9.90 guaranteed delivery within 24 hours for all orders validated before 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday
Chronopost - Parcel relay delivery: €6.90 guaranteed delivery within 24 hours for all orders validated before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday

For Belgium:

Mondial Relay: €3.90 free from €65

Colissimo: €9.90 within 48-78 hours

DHL Express - Home delivery: €9.90 guaranteed delivery within 24 hours for all orders validated before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday

Delivery of the products will be made to the address indicated during the order process.


ARTICLE 6: BILLING

For each order, an invoice is established on the day the products are sent with reference to the items ordered.


ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT METHOD

The order can be adjusted using these different means:

1. bank card: When paying for purchases, the customer is automatically directed to our bank's secure server. He can then type his bank card number in complete security: his number is encrypted before being sent to our Bank's server. The https (hyper text tansfer protocol secured) address in his browser will confirm data encryption.

2. Paypal: The customer connects to his Paypal account using his identifiers and password, he will then be debited from his Paypal account according to the payment conditions that he has defined in his Paypal account.


ARTICLE 8: RETURN OF PRODUCTS

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, our consumer customers have a period of fifteen clear days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay. penalties, except return costs. Products subject to withdrawal must be returned in their original packaging to the address indicated:

Returned items must be accompanied by all their original accessories and packaging. As part of this right of withdrawal, returned products which prove to be incomplete, damaged, soiled or washed will be refused a refund or will have a discount applied to the refund amount. If the conditions necessary for return are met, the order will be refunded to the buyer, within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt by Nona-Kadjah of the package, the return costs being the responsibility of the customer . The costs and risks associated with reshipment are the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, it is up to him to keep all evidence of this return. This is why we advise each customer affected by an item return to send the items by registered mail or colissimo or by any other means justifying the reshipment of the package. These shipping documents must include the following information: recipient address, shipping date and package number. (If the products delivered are not those that the customer ordered, and this error was made by our services, the return costs are the responsibility of nona-kadjah.com in this case the customer will have to make a request for pre-paid label via the contact us section.)

Once the item(s) have been received, and if the returned package meets the returns conditions visible in the section: exchange and returns, the package will be processed within 48 working hours.


ARTICLE 9: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

nona-kadjah.com is subject to an obligation of means towards the customer, however, any external intrusion (computer virus, etc.) causing a disruption of the service cannot engage the responsibility of our site . Consequently, no compensation can be claimed by the customer.


ARTICLE 10: DISPUTES

Our clients and we are subject to contractual relations exclusively constrained to French law.
