OUR PRE-ORDER DRESSES

Pre-ordering means you can buy all your favorite Nona Kadjah items in advance. You'll have to wait a little longer than usual to receive your order, but it's worth the wait!

Why should I pre-order?
The availability of our items is very limited, so purchasing pre-order allows you to reserve the pieces you want, in your size, before they are all sold out!

When will my pre-ordered item arrive?
You will receive informational emails throughout the process! We will let you know when we receive the item in our warehouse and then when it will be shipped to you.

How do I know if an item is on pre-order?
All pre-order items are marked “pre-order” on our site, including the estimated shipping date. This information will be available on the product page as well as in your basket.

When should payment for the order be made?
Full payment for item must be made upon purchase to secure your size and item.

Are pre-ordered items refundable?
We hope you love our Nona Kadjah dresses, but if you change your mind, don't worry! Our return policy applies. See our returns policy for more information.

Will my pre-order items be shipped at the same time as other items?
Orders placed on in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when the pre-order item is in stock. Please contact our customer service if you would like available products to be shipped before the pre-order item(s) become available.

Is there a purchase limit for pre-order items?
We know you have no limits when it comes to shopping! There are no restrictions on our Nona Kadjah dresses… It's time to start shopping!
