Can I modify my order?

Potentially yes, if you would like to change your order before shipping, the sooner you let us know, the better! It is therefore best to contact: contact@nonakadjah.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend your order. Once your parcel has been collected by the relevant courier, unfortunately we can no longer reverse it. Please note that we cannot guarantee changes to orders prior to shipping, but we will always do our best.

How often do you restock sold out items?

We keep an ongoing eye on what you love, so we look to restock whenever we can. There are no fixed dates though, so keep an eye on the latest stock page or email us at contact@nonakadjah.com about specific products, and someone might be able to give you more help on specific articles.

Why is my size always sold out?

We do our best to keep all sizes in stock for as long as possible, but sizes may sell out sooner than expected. We recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter in your account preferences, so as not to miss our restocks.

Can I pre-order an item now?

All items available for pre-order will be displayed on the product page itself. We are unable to make exceptions, especially with high demand/low supply of items (there is usually at least one person waiting longer than you). We recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter in your account preferences, so you don't miss anything.
